_ The 2024 Run for the Panthers:

Powell High School is under a RENAISSANCE! 

What is the Powell Renaissance, This is a mission committed to improving the cultural atmosphere of the school for students and faculty alike by creating a positive environment with LONG lasting results for classes and seasons to follow.  Funds raised from this event will be directed toward student engagement via Pep rallies, Academic rallies, surprise incentives and staff appreciation in order to continue to build positive environment for all within the Powell Community and beyond!  This year marks the races 5th operation in providing meaningful memories for students and faculty together.

Run will begin promptly at 8:00am!  Race start will be at the High school and will run out onto Emory road where Traffic guards will help direct foot traffic onto the suburban neighborhood out-and-back route. The finish will return back into the school and will feature the familiarly EPIC finish on the 50 yard-line of the Powell Football field. Full 5K Course Map can be found below.

*Event was scheduled for August 2023, due to unseen circumstances we have shifted to the spring where cooler weather will be present, Summer registrants may defer or request a refund at any time- Sorry for the confusion.

Curtesy of 865 Axe Throwing overall awards will be awarded to top 3 Male & Female performers!  Top 3 per gender will receive passes for parties up to 4 individuals of throwing or other related Axe swag!

Age Group awards will be awarded to top 3 per 10-year increment (10 & under, 10-19, 40-49, 70+ etc).

As always! We are back with another unique T-shirt to celebrate the Occasion available to all registrants with their registration, final T-shirt sizes are due 1-week before race date so sign up to ensure your size will be available!

Packet Pick up will be morning of ONLY starting at 6:45am until 7:45am.  Race will begin promptly at 8:00am.

Restrooms will be available before and after the race located near the Check-in area.
