_The 2024 Ft Lauderdale Tradewinds Triathlon - Independance Day:
Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike.
Tradewinds Park is a beautiful park to host our event.
The entire event will take place inside the park, so we have a closed course with no vehicular traffic (very safe!).
The finish/transition area will be on the South Side of the park in the last parking lot.
Signs will direct you to race morning parking.
The race course is very spectator friendly.
This is a great venue for first time and experienced triathletes alike!

Course Maps
All athletes will enjoy a refreshing swim in the calm and clean waters of Tradewinds Park.
Duathletes will complete a .8 mile run before heading out on the bike course.
The cycling portion of the event will be two laps around park roads for 9 miles.
