_ The 2024 Run with Your Heart 5K & 1 Mile Walk FUN Walk:

The TRiCiTY Road Warriors are proud to announce their 4th Annual “Run with Your Heart 5K & 1 Mile Walk FUN Walk”.  Your Heart is the most vital organ in or bodies. February is Heart Awareness month so join us as we dedicate this morning’s run/walk to bringing awareness on the importance of selfcare, selflove to ourselves.  Let’s come together for a Strong Heart, healthy mind, Spiritual well-being, celebrate the gift of movement and have FUN getting our Fitness ON.  This event is open to all ages of running/walking levels.  

Run with Your Heart 5K & 1 Mile Walk will begin at a new location.   Farm to Familia is located at 55 Meadows Road, Poteet, Texas 78065.  This is a very family-oriented place. The run and walk will start at Farm to Familia and take you to the countryside, an out and back course.  Plan to join as a participate or cheer on everyone who is running or walking.  Everyone goes home a WINNER because it supports a healthier life.  Awards will immediately follow the finish of the 5K, but it doesn’t end there. Hang around and join us for the post-race celebration.  Stay for the after party!  DJ, Heart & Soul Arts & Crafts Market, Live Band, Auction, Food Trucks & more. 

Proceed from the Registration will go to American Legion Post 436, Scholarships and other TRiCiTY Road Warrior Projects.

Price: $25.00 for Ages 19-70 Ages 5-18 $20 plus processing fees

Price Increase: December 1-31, 2023
$30.00 for Ages 19-70+  Ages 5-18 $20 plus processing fees

2nd Price Increase: January 1-February 14, 2024
$35.00 for Ages 19-70+ Ages 5-18 $25 plus processing fees
