_The 2024 UDAC Youth Splash & Dash:
The Upper Dublin Aquatic Club (UDAC), in partnership with Upper Dublin Parks & Recreation (UDP&R) will host a Splash & Dash event in conjunction with the Upper Dublin Triathlon. The event is designed to introduce youth athletes ages 7 to 15 to multisport. Ages 7-10 will complete a 140-meter pool swim and 1km run Ages 11-15 will complete a 210-meter pool swim and 2km run
