Kids Triathlon Open Water Swim Clinic: We will practice beach and in water starts, sighting buoys, navigating the swim course, and pacing energy during the swim so your child feels comfortable in their youth open water triathlon swim. We will be in the calm bay, near to the shore, with swim buddies, to safely, and well prepare your child for their kids triathlon swim course. An adult is required to be with their child during the swim clinic.  A wetsuit will be needed for our open water swim clinic. Child must be able to swim 100 yds. to participate in this clinic.*

No attendance if a fever or ill for any reason, no contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID 19 in the last 14 days, and parent and child attending must not have a positive COVID 19 test.

NOTE: Clinics will be rescheduled if the county virus restrictions prohibit and/or close the beach!

*Successful completion of this event will certify your 7-10 yo child's swimming ability (if they will be doing their first triathlon) to be able to register for Koz Events kids triathlons. Parents MUST bring their child’s swim certification form to be signed to the clinic.
