  • Elite Sprint Triathlon: A challenge for Pro, Seeking Pro, and Excelling triathletes seeking to test their mettle (Must Submit Times, Open to Age 16+)
  • Sprint Triathlon: A balanced race for those familiar with the triathlon terrain (Open to All Age 16+)
  • Super Sprint Triathlon: Perfect for those looking for a quicker, yet equally exhilarating experience (Open to All Age 16+)
  • Double Zou: Complete the Sprint Triathlon, get at the back of the Super Sprint Swim Start Line and GO AGAIN! (Open to All Age 16+)
  • Youth Super Sprint Triathlon: Tailored for teenagers eager to showcase their budding athletic prowess (Ages 10-15)
  • Prospective Women's Triathlon Combine: A special event Saturday afternoon for those seeking/interested in NCAA Collegiate Triathlon
  • Super League Style Head to Head Club Triathlon Dual: A thrilling face-off between Mizzou's Triathlon club and others in a unique Super League format.
