_The 2024 5K for Mental Health Awareness:
Join us for the 5k for Mental Health Awareness on April 27, 2024. This year our event is 1 week earlier than past years, so please note the change.
Central Lakes College and Crow Wing Energized are teaming up to put on this 5k and 1 mile Walk event to bring awareness to Mental Health in our community.
All of the donations received and a portion of the proceeds from this run/walk will benefit Lakes Area Alano and the Central Lakes College Random Acts of Kindness group.
Gather your friends, family, co-workers and make it a team building experience. We also encourage you to wear Green to support mental health.
All ages and abilities are invited to to participate in the fun! Strollers and friendly dogs on leashes are welcome. Please start at the back of the pack if you have a stroller or dog.
