_ The 2024 Alameda Hospital Foundation 5k & 10K:
The Alameda Hospital Foundation 10K, 5K and kids 1/2 mile run is back at our old location on Bay Farm Island. The event will start and end at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal, and both the 5k and 10k courses will utilize the flat and fast shoreline trails around the Island coast. The venue and course have beautiful views of SF and the bay.

Race times are as follows:
10K 08:30am
5k 8:45am
12 and under Kids run at 9:30am
This event will be chip timed by Ford Timing. Participants can run, jog or walk the entire course.
Jogging strollers are permitted but are asked to start in the back of the pack. No bikes, scooters, skateboards or other wheeled vehicles are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on our race courses. We love dogs, but there are those who are not so comfortable around them and there are also dogs that are uncomfortable around hundreds of other people, therefore NO DOGS ALLOWED on the course or at the finish line.
After the run there will be music, food and and age group winner awards. come enjoy a fun local race with a community feel and support a great beneficiary in the Alameda Hospital Foundation
