This unique event combines our SPLASH pool, RIDE indoor cycles and STRIDE self-powered treadmills for the perfect indoor rendition of a classic triathlon.
This unique event combines our SPLASH pool, RIDE indoor cycles and STRIDE self-powered treadmills for the perfect indoor rendition of a classic triathlon.
Swim: Athletes will swim as many laps as possible in our indoor pool. 15 minutes
Bike: Using a stationary bike, athletes will cycle as hard as they can to create as much distance as possible. 30 minutes
Run: Using a self-powered treadmill, athletes will run as fast as they safely can. 20 minutes
Tie-Breaker: In the unlikely event of a tie in total distance, total KW will be used as the tie-breaker.5
