_ The 2024 Wild Rose Womens' Triathlon:
The Wild Rose Women's Sprint Triathlon is a great beginner race or just a great race to celebrate being a woman and a triathlete.
We are back at the Springbrook Pool location in Alcoa, TN. This was such a fun venue in 2023 so we definitely are excited to be back at such an awesome location!
Course Information:
NEW THIS YEAR we are sanctioning the Wild Rose to spread the mission of bringing more women into multisport!
Each swimmer will do 150 yards in an outdoor pool.
The bike course is a five (5) mile loop on rural roads within the City of Loudon and Loudon County. The terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on the bike.
The run course uses the surrounding roads and the greenway for a 4K run. Aid stations will be on course.
In addition, the 5k is back and open to men, women, children, strollers, and pups. The course will consist of surrounding roads and greenways!
