The 2024 Snack Town Indoor Triathlon:
This indoor triathlon is based on distance covered over a set time.
The total endurance event lasts for 105 minutes including the transition times
The total sprint event lasts for 75 minutes including the transition times.
We welcome all ability levels!
Participants will be put into 12-person waves 10 minutes apart.
***Participants will be emailed individual start times on February 23rd**
Age Divisions - based on day of event age
Male/Female: (14 and under) (15-19) (20-29) (30-39) (40-49) (50-59) (60 & over)
Awards: Prize for overall winners (male/female) and for winner in each age division (male/female)
Giveaways: Swim cap for each participant. Short sleeve race shirt available for additional purchase of $15 (must be ordered by February 9, 2024)
Course Information:
Longer Tri: 105 minutes including the transition times
30 -minute swim in 25- meter lap pool
10-min transition
30 -minute ride on spin bike or trainer (provided and set up by participant)
5 -minute transition
30 -minute run on treadmill.
Sprint Triathlon:
75 minutes including the transition times
15-minute swim in 25– meter lap pool
10-min transition
30-minute ride on spin bike or trainer (provided and set up by participant)
5-minute transition
15-minute run on treadmill.
