_The 2024 Falcon Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike:
On June 1st 2024 Come join us for the 2nd Annual FALCON Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquabike/Tri-Relay/5K and Youth Triathlon. The race(s) support the Cedar Crest High School and Middle School Cross Country/Track and Field Programs. As a USA Triathlon sanctioned event, the race is great for those looking to qualify for USAT Age-Group Nationals (top 2 in each Age Group qualify) or for those interested in doing their first race. Once you do one, you’ll be hooked!
Course Information:
Tri: 300 yd pool swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run (also relay division)
Du: 1.5 mile run, 13 mile bike, 5k run
Aqua: 300 yd pool swim, 13 mile bike
Youth Tri:
8 and under: 25 yd swim, 1/2 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
9-10: 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
11-12: 100 yd swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
