_The 2024 Folsom Lake International Triathlon:
Swim 1.5K in Folsom Lake with water temperature in low 70's. Bike 40K on very scenic country roads with rolling hills. Run 10K on single track trails combined with crushed granite trails and a little pavement.
Course Information:
Folsom Lake International Triathlon - 1.5K swim-40K bike-10K run.
Aqua-Bike - 1.5K swim-40K bike.
Relay Teams
Relay Teams awards will be for top three in male, female and coed divisions.
