_ The 2024 Rocky Hill Triathlon:
The Rocky Hill Triathlon returns for the 10th year in Exeter, California! We are the best kept secret in the Central Valley with a course that is challenging and showcases the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our fun course will help push you to new limits and you can earn some of the best swag to prove it! We will be offering two different distances on race day. The Short Course will have a 400 yard swim, 12.5 mile bike & 3.1 mile run. The Long Course will have an 800 yard swim, 24.8 mile bike & 6.2 mile run. Compete as a team under the Relay
