_ The 2023 Jersey Girl Triathlon:

The Jersey Girl Triathlon is the premier women’s only event at the Jersey Shore.

Start off with a dip into the Sandy Hook Bay (no waves)., withspectators cheering for you.

Take in the salty air and beautiful blue skies of the famous Jersey Shore before surfacing onto the soft sand and running in beautiful Sandy Hook National Park. Suit up for the smooth, flat bike course that will carry you up and down scenic Gateway National Recreation Area

Finish up your bike loop, lace up your shoes, and get started on the run course that brings you throughsome of the back roads along Sandy Hook Bay.

Sprint your way to the finish line in front of the stage to hear your name announced and the crowds cheer for you. Stick around after the race to soak up the sun and check out everything the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Every competitor will receive a custom Jersey Girl Triathlon medal and the best triathlon experience of their lives!

180 Turning Lives Around, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence in Monmouth County, is benefiting from this year's JerseyGirl Triathlon. With every pedal, step and swim stroke you are helping to provide life-saving programs and services for individuals affected by violence in your community. Please take a moment to see how your donations are helping and hear from 180 supporters and past clients about the importance of the services provided by 180.

Packet Pick up will be on Friday, Sept 22nd at Road Runner Sports, Saturday Sept 23rd at race site.

Race day packet pick up will only be available to those who choose so but need to pay the additional $10 at registration time See extras below.

Pricing Schedule:

Individual: $115 by 1/31, $125 by 3/31, $135 by 8/31, $145 after 8/31

Relay (each relay member must sign up) $60 buy 1/31, $70 by 5/31, $75 by 8/31, $85 after 8/31

3 Mile Run: $35 by 8/31, $45 after 8/31

NO REFUNDS of entry fees.
