_ The 2024 A1A Triathlon:
On April 14, 2024, athletes will converge on Fort Lauderdale Beach for Florida’s Premier Multisport experience, the Las Olas / A1A TRIATHLON! Proudly brought to you by Integrity Multisport. When you race, be sure that you “Race with Integrity”.
Athletes will enjoy a warm salt water swim in full view of spectators. The bike course is set against Fort Lauderdale’s sandy beaches along A1A. The run consists of a scenic 5K route along Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful beach boulevard. Spectators will have plenty of opportunity to cheer on athletes as they run down the final finishing chute.
Friends, family & music welcome the athletes through the finish line. The Las Olas / A1A Triathlon is a multi-faceted event featuring 2 race distances and 3 different races (triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike).

Athletes may transfer to the duathlon at any time if they don’t like the swim conditions or just simply change their mind. Don’t do the swim if you have any doubt in your abilities or are uncomfortable in any way.
Duathlon Run Start
Duathletes will complete a 1 km run before heading out on the bike course.
Bike
The cycling portion of the Triathlon will take athletes north and south along A1A. Sprint racers will ride 1 lap for 10 miles total. International racers will ride 2 laps on the bike for 20 miles total.
Run
Sprint racers will enjoy a scenic 5k (3.1 mile) run course. International racers will run 2 laps for a total of 10k (6.2 miles).
