Swim: The race starts at Elm Creek Park Reserve's chlorinated, shallow swim-pond. The deepest depth reached is 48" and is lined with our great partners and instructors from Foss Swim School.  There to help provide instruction, assistance, and encouragement as needed!  The length of the swim is 100-yards.

Bike: Following the swim, participants will prepare in the Transition Zone (T-Zone) and get on their bikes along Elm Creek Park Reserve's beautiful trail system. This ride is a marked 5-mile ride around the park.  Our amazing Adventure Guides are also on-trial on bikes to help ensure the race goes as smoothly as possible for every participant.

Run: Coming out of the T-Zone racers will make a pit-stop at our brand new slip & slide on the way to their 1-mile run before entering our famous Obstacle Zone heading toward Summer's Best Finish Line!

Check-in opens at 7:30am and closes at 8:45am.  First wave of participants starts at 9am. For the safety of all participants and spectators, those that are completed and ready to leave will be able to do so after the last bike participant has returned to the T-Zone and headed out to their run. (Announcements will be made.)  Thank you for your understanding and commitment to safety for all.
