_ The 2023 SARR Women's 10K, 5K, 5K Walk & Girl Power Run:

The San Antonio RoadRunners invite women of all ages to join us for our 44th running of the Women's Run, events include a 10K, 5K & Girl's Fun Run! This empowering event is designed to celebrate the San Antonio sisterhood of women thru fitness & fun. We have a virtual option if you cannot attend the live run. The option to add-on shipping is available at registration

LOCATION CHANGE: Due to construction going on at the HEB Lincoln Heights, parking and staging for the 2023 race will take place at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. Please DO NOT park anywhere at the Shops at Lincoln Heights. Participants will park at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church and walk to the start line at Nacogdoches Rd and W Oakview Pl. It will be about a half mile walk.

IN-PESON RACE DETAILS
--Girl Power Run Starts at 7:15 AM

--10K Starts at 7:25 AM-10K will run the 5K Route twice

--5K Run/Walk Starts at 7:30 AM

--5K Competitive Walk starts at 7:35 AM

--Water and post-race refreshments will be provided at the finish area.

Aid on the Course - There will be several water stations on the course. THIS IS A CUPLESS RACE--You must carry your own hydration device or a collapsible cup to fill at aid stations. Please give a hoot and don’t pollute, please dispose of your trash at Aid Stations or trash bins along the route. SARR Racing is going #cupless in 2023. You can add-on a collapsible cup at registration or carry your own hydration.

VIRTUAL 5K Details:
--Women's Virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk from any location and route. You can complete your own race, at your own pace at a time you choose,
Simply signup, download and print your digital race bib, complete your 5K and submit your results.
--Digital Bib: Login to your RunSignup profile, Select>Upcoming Events>View Digital Bib...Share It!>Print, Save, or Screenshot.
--When you submit your time, you will also be able to download, print and/or share your Finisher's Certificate.
--Please take a picture at the end of your run with your Women's Run Medal. Upload these to your social media platforms and tag #SARR
--Complete your race and submit your results HERE between July 15-31, 2023

Register Early. SARR members receive a 25% discount on the 10K/5K with online registration thru 6/11 (automatically applied at checkout).
Runners age 24 or younger and age 70+ get a 50% discount on the 5K with online registration thru 6/11 (no other discounts apply)

SOCIAL TEAM DISCOUNTS: Create a social team and get your crew signed up. Your group will receive a discounted race price ($5.00 off regular price) when your team reaches 10 people. No other discounts apply.

Participants in the 5k and 10K receive a 2023 Women's Run shirt while supplies and sizes are available. We recommend registering early to guarantee your shirt. 

Girl Power Run participants will get the same shirt as the women's but in youth sizing. Shirts available while supplies and sizes are available. We recommend registering early to guarantee your shirt. 

ALL REGISTERED FOR THE 5K/10K WILL RECEIVE THE 2023 WOMEN'S RUN HAT. FEATURING OUR 2023 FLOWER, THE BLUEBONNET. HAT WILL ALSO FEATURE SARR 50TH ANNIVERSARY LOGO. AGAIN WE RECOMMEND REGISTERING EARLY.

ALL MALE VOLUNTEER SQUAD NEEDED. VOLUNTEER SPOTS WILL OPEN IN 2023.  SHIRTS FOR THE FIRST 50 VOLUNTEERS ONLY.
