_The 2023 Mini Maniac Youth Triathlon:
Completely closed course on the North Shore of Long Island where you swim in the Long Island Sound, Bike along the marina and by the beautiful bay of Mount Sinai. Run on the Nature Preserve and finish on the Beach!

**Helmets required. Must be able to ride a bike without the assistance of training wheels**
