SPRINT TRIATHLON COURSE
SWIM: 1/4 mile in the flat water of this spring fed lake. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.
BIKE: 13.3 miles on the flat, fast, out and back course through the rural areas of St. Mary's, GA
RUN: 3.1 miles on the fast & flat, out and back course with a loop through a quiet neighborhood.
SPRINT DUATHLON COURSE
RUN: 2 miles on the out/back paved course.
BIKE: 13.3 miles on the flat, fast, out and back course through the rural areas of St. Mary's, GA

SPRINT AQUABIKE COURSE
