The 2023 Rogue River Triathlon:
This event is a great entry level race. The swim is in the Rogue River with a down river current, the run and bike ride boast views of the river from the road. There is a "Mini Distance", which is the same swim, a 1.5 mile run and a 6 mile bike ride. This distance is great for kids or beginners who are worried about the distance of a sprint race.
Course Information:
1/2 mile down river swim in the Rogue River, 3 mile run on pavement, 12 mile bike ride on pavement. The run and bike ride are out and back courses.
Directions:
From Gold Beach, turn east onto Jerry's Flat Road. Drive approximately 26 miles to the Agness RV Park where registration and the finish line are set up.
