_ The 2023 FCA Splash, Mash, & Dash Du/Tri:
Welcome to the 6th Annual FCA Splash, Mash & Dash Triathlon & Duathlon. The Okefenokee Fellowship of Christian Athletes has stepped up and made this a "MUST DO" triathlon this year. This event takes place among the tall pines of Laura Walker State Park. Exit the lake swim into transition, then onto a flat and fast, out and back bike course. The run is well shaded and equally as fast and flat with an aid station at the turnaround. Plenty of food, fun, and music at the post-race party!
Early Packet Pickup-Friday:
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm – Holiday Inn Express, 1761 Memorial Dr., Waycross, GA 31501
Race Day Schedule:
6:00 am – Check In Registration Opens
7:30 am – First Wave Start
10:00 am – Awards Ceremony (Time is approx.)
