_The 2023 Splash and Dash at Twin Lakes:
Get a lake swim in before Ironman Galveston at our Splash and Dash at Twin Lakes. Enjoy two distance for both the swim and run at this beautiful lake. We will offer a 550 meter swim followed by a 2 mile run or a 1000 meter swim followed by a 4 mile run.
Each athlete will receive an event shirt and medal.
Course Information:
Long Distance - 1500 Meter Swim / 4 Mile Run
Short Distance - 650 Meter Swim / 2 Mile Run
