The Hamptons Youth Triathlon returns Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 7:30am! Join us at Long Beach, Sag Harbor for our annual super sprint race. This event is open to all kids ages 10-17. Proceeds to benefit i-tri.

This super sprint-distance triathlon is held in one of the most beautiful locations in the Hamptons, Long Beach, in historic Sag Harbor, New York. This triathlon challenges all participants while giving each the opportunity to meet their personal goals and features an open water swim (in crystal clear, shallow waters). The bike route takes riders on a mostly flat course on wide roads with designated bike lanes. The run is a down-and-back, on a closed course. Proceeds to benefit i-tri.
