_ The 2023 Rocketchix Triathlon:
All female sprint distance beginner friendly triathlon.
Pool swim, flat 12 mile bike and 2 mile run.
Course Information:
Short sprint swim in the pool at Pointe Marie subdivision. The swim will be a time trial start (one lady at a time) with five seconds between each racer. We ask that everyone self seed themselves based on anticipated swim times (faster swimmers start first).
The Transition Area is in the pavilion area of Pointe Marie.
The bike course is on River Road. Racers will turn left out of Pointe Marie subdivision and make a two loop course towards "the split".
The run course is a 2 mile course through the neighborhood of Pointe Marie sudivision.
Those athletes choosing to do the Duathlon will run the run course first, then use the same bike course and finish running the same run course again.
