_The 2023 VWC (Valley Wellness Center) Indoor Triathlon:
Different than a traditional triathlon, each participant will have a set amount of time to swim, bike, and run with allotted transitions between activities. Fun and pressure-free, this event is great for both experienced triathletes and those competing in their first race.
10-minute swim in a 25 yard lap pool
30-minute bike on an indoor cycling bike
20-minute run on a treadmill
Course Information:
Super sprint indoor triathlon
10 minute lap pool swim followed by 30 minute spin effort, finishing with 20 minute treadmill run. All athletes will have 60 minutes to complete this race with 7 minutes for T1 and 3 minutes for T2.
Maximum of 4 waves of athletes.
All proceeds benefit charity.
