_ The 2023 Mountain Lakes Youth Splash n Dash
On Friday night, there will be a Youth Splash & Dash. Kids 7-10 may participate in a 100 yard pool swim followed by a 1k run on a lakeside greenway. Kids 11-15 step it up to a 200 yard pool swim followed by a 2k run. USA Triathlon provides finisher medals to all participants.
The Adult Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike will be on Saturday
