_ The 2023 USA Ultra Triathlon - Florida Double ANVIL:

LIMITED TO 60 ATHLETES PER RACE!

Our ANVIL distance is equivalent to the well-known Ironman races (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run). In Florida, we offer Single and Double ANVIL distance triathlons. Race as a team of 3 or solo. There is also an Aquavelo (swim/bike) and Duathlon (bike/run) option for both the single and double distances. Join our Anvil family - Come as you are / Fight for what you want.

**Cutoff Times
Once the race begins, the clock continues, even if you rest for a couple of hours. These races are formatted the same as other triathlons, so you will complete the 4.8/2.4 mile swim first followed by the 224/112 mile bike and finish with the 52.4/26.2 mile run, or appropriate for the Aquavelo / Duathlon.

     - upon acceptance, we will email you back with a link to register online.
     - please feel free to call us with any questions before submitting an application. Craig's cell number is 423 633 4441.

 
2. Using the link and entry code provided, signup online by following all the prompts and answering the questions. 
     - please note that we are able to make changes to your registration if you've made a mistake or need to change something.

1:00pm - 3:00pm • Athlete Check-in at the AnVillage
4:30pm - 7:30pm • Mandatory Pre-race Pasta Dinner / Race Briefing (included in your registration)

Friday, 10 March 2023
6:15am • Breakfast and coffee is served at the beach area (swim start)
6:30am • Athlete Roll Call and National Anthem. *All single / double Anvil & Aquavelo athletes must be present
7:00am • Swim Start for Single / Double Anvil & Aquavelo athletes
8:00am • Race Start for Single Duathlon athletes
9:00am • Race Start for Double Duathlon athletes
12:30pm • Lunch is served in the AnVillage
6:00pm • Dinner is served in the AnVillage
8:00pm • Single Aquavelo race cutoff time
10:30pm • Late Night Snack is served in the AnVillage
11:00pm • Single Duathlon race cutoff time
12:00am (midnight) • Single Anvil race cutoff time

6:15am • Breakfast and coffee is served in the AnVillage
9:00am • Double Aquavelo race cutoff time
1:00pm • Lunch is served in the AnVillage
4:00pm • Dinner is served in the AnVillage
7:00pm • Double Anvil / Double Duathlon race cutoff time. Course is now CLOSED
7:15pm - 9:15pm • AnVillage tear down / race clean up.

10:30am - 2:30pm • Awards Ceremony / Catered Lunch (included in your registration)

* Our Massage therapist will be onsite and available throughout the duration of the event.
Each registered athlete is allocated 30 minutes of free massage during the race.
