_ The 2023 Ethan A. Rhodig Memorial Sprint Triathlon at Flanagan Lake:
Join us for the Ethan A. Rhodig Memorial Triathlon at Flanagan Lake Recreation Area in NW Omaha!
The Bike Course is on the roads around and near the Recreation area. The Swim and Run course are within the recreation area footprint. There is no event parking in the immediately in the venue. Parking is available on the streets just outside the park entrance and as recommended in the Athlete Guide. This race is open to ages 15 and above for men and women. Note: USA Triathlon determines age by what age you will be in the current year by December 31st. If you are 14 years on race day, but will turn 15 by December 31st of the current year, USA Triathlon considers your age as "15".
Race Options include Individual Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon Relay Team, AquaBike/Swim & Bike Only, Open Water Swim, & Virtual Triathlon.
All participants receive a finisher medal!
PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A RACE SHIRT!
Age Group awards for Top 3 in each age group.
Overall Top 3 Awards for Men and Women
Awards for Top 2 or 3 relay teams depending on the final number of relay teams registered.
