Swm 300 meters in the outdoor Lititz Spring Pool
Bike 15.8 miles in the farmlands surrounding Manheim & Lititz
Run 3.1 miles in flat course downtown Lititz PA
Cash Prizes, Tech-Shirts. Goodie Bags and Refresments will be provided in the event.
Course Information:
Very friendly sprint triathlon. Participants will be able to participate as an team or individual. The event is great for beginners and experienced triathletes a like. The bike course have some hills but finishes downhill followed by fast -flat road. This will make easy transition to the running course.

Directions From Route 501 North
Turn Left on to West Orange St., Right on South Walnut St., Left on West Maple St. Lititz Rec Center is on the right.
Directions From Route 501 South
Turn Right on to West Orange St., Right on South Walnut St., Left on West Maple St. Lititz Rec Center is on the right.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time to allow for parking, packet pick up and set up.
There will be plenty of nearby parking for this event.
