_ The 2022 Long Beach Biathlon:
The 42nd Annual Beach Biathlon will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022. There are distances for adults, teens and children. Adult competitors will run 3 miles on the beach and swim 300 yards in the ocean. Registration takes place on National Blvd beach at 7:45am. Race at 8:30am children and teens, 9:00am adults.
Course Information:
The event will feature 3 different course measurements. For children ages 7 – 12 there will be a half mile run with a 50 yard shallow swim. For young teens ages 13 – 15 there will be a one mile run with a 150 yard swim. For adults there will be a 3 mile run with a 300 yard swim.
