The Napier Realtors Richmond Sprint Triathlon takes place at the ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center in Midlothian, Virginia (Southside Richmond). This event benefits the Massey Cancer Center. Stay tuned as we finalize info for Massey fund raising and how you can make a difference in finding a cure for cancer. This is the areas only 50 meter pool!
Transition area opens at 6:30AM. Swim warm-ups are from 7:15AM to 7:45AM. Bikes must be racked and all participants must be out of the transition area by 7:45AM. There will be a short announcement before the start of the race in the pool area.
Mandatory pre-race clinic noon @ ACAC Fitness Center
Packet pick-up 1-5 @ 3sports Tuckahoe Shopping Center

[br]This is a 400 meter pool "snake" swim (50 meter pool), entrants start one at a time, up and down lane 1, under the lane, repeat lane 2 until you swim up and down 4 lanes for a total of 400 meters.

[br]Swimmers will be seeded based on expected finish time. Swimmers will start at 15 second intervals. If you didnt provide a seed time you will start after the last seeded swimmer according to your bib number. ALL SWIM TIME CHANGES DUE SEPTEMBER 29th, EMAIL [email protected]

[br]West on Robious Road, out and back on James River Road to the landing, back on Robious Road heading West, left on Winterfield Road (the challenging hill climb), left on Salisbury Road, and then right on Robious Road heading back to ACAC Fitness Center. New traffic pattern this year, the new Winterfield has a turn lane and is a hair shorter than the old road and a bit easier!
