_The 2022 Obstacle Training (Goliathon 5 week):
Ages 10+
Participants are welcome to join our race team OTA-X at the official race on October 15th. Www.Goliathon.com (additional costs for race )
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: this program is a guide or a how to beat the Goliathon obstacles but there is no obligation to purchase a race ticket or to race. If you love obstacles, this class is for you.

Over the course of 5 weeks, you will train in a group setting with OTA certified coach and veteran OCR athlete Brett Severino every Sunday between 12:15-1:15pm. In this program our coaches will break down all 12 of the Goliathon OCR race obstacles into the basic skills needed to overcome them. After weeks of practicing the fundamentals of each obstacle, race day will be tackled with skill and confidence. Classes will include running and basic movements such as push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, dead hangs etc. Along with various obstacle training that includes standard and sloth climbing on ropes, running up a warped wall, balancing on rails and beams, swinging on rings, swinging on ropes, running across tires, jumping on tires, spider climb, slack line, monkey bars and more. Be sure to wear shoes with a rubber sole on the bottom and loss fitted gym style cloths.
