_ The 2022 Missions Youth Triathlon:
Join us for a fun and challenging event for children and youth to raise funds for World Missions! Lomax Assembly will be hosting a special Triathlon for those between the ages of 6-17. Ages 6-8 - Swim - 25m, Bike - 1M, Run - 0.25M Ages 9-11 - Swim - 50m, Bike - 2M, Run - 0.50M Ages 12-14 - Swim - 75m, Bike - 3M, Run - 1.0M Ages 15-18 - Swim - 100m, Bike - 4M, Run - 1.5M
