Experienced as well as inexperienced female triathletes are invited to participate in two extraordinary triathlon training clinics this spring, hosted in part by Max Multisport Coaching, of Chicago and Fever River Outfitters, of Galena. The clinics are a combination of group bike rides, training runs, and informational seminars.

Course Information:

Topics covered within the clinic include, Learn to love hills - hill cycling techniques, What every triathlete should know about nutrition, Brick training workouts, Strengthen your core", and Techniques for trimming your transitions.
