Come join us in beautiful Barefoot Landing along our USATF certified course! We are excited to partner with Crooked Hammock Brewery for this race! Race participants receive a custom designed tri-blend shirt along with a "Made in the USA" finisher medal! The 5K race begins at 7:00 AM followed by post race goodies and awards. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume to be eligible for additional prizes! Parking: Park near Lulu's Restaurant and in front of Greg Norman's Grille Restrooms: Restrooms located in Barefoot Landing Online Registration: Registration closes Monday, July 4 at 6:00am. Please register prior to attending packet pickup/race. Packet Pickup:
- Sunday, July 3 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Ave., MB)
- Monday, July 4 from 6:00am-6:45am at race start in Barefoot Landing
- You are strongly encouraged to pick up your bib during packet pickup to avoid long lines on race day
- Tri-blend participant shirt
- Made in the USA finisher medal (5K only)
- Kids Dash Ribbon (Kids Dash only)
- Gun timing will be used to score for overall awards.
- Chip timing will be used to score for age group awards.
- Your chip race time begins once you cross the start line mat. If you think you will qualify for overall awards, please start in the front.
- Runners, walkers, strollers, and dogs are all welcome!
- Participants are encouraged to carry their own hydration during the race-there is NO water stop available.
- Participants are encouraged to come dressed in festive attire.
- If you would like to be considered for prizes, please check in at the NS Promos tent upon arrival prior to race start.

- 5K Overall Awards will begin at 7:45am
- 5K Age Group Awards and Costume Contest Prizes will begin approximately 8:15am
