Now you better believe we are beyond excited to bring you the 12th annual Litchfield Triathlou! All Triathlou athletes get the official race shirt, and we will also hook you up with a very memorable custom finisher medal, post race snacks, free photos, and a race experience you’ll never forget! Swimming in Lake Lou Yaeger is the best OWS you will have in the midwest. There really is no comparison to this large beach with pristine flat racing water. The bike course is fun racing throughout the county roads…look forward to a very enjoyable ride. Both the 5k, & 10k runs see very honest mile paces with plenty of flats for you to roll on. You want freebies, speed, and camaraderie-you better get to the 12th Annual Litchfield Triathlou Triathlons!

Sunday September 11, 2022:

• 6:00-7:45 AM Race Day Packet Pick Up
• 6:00-7:45 AM Transition Open 
• 6:00-7:45 AM Body Marking Outside Transition Area 
• 7:45 AM Transition Closes to ALL Participants 
• 7:45 AM Swim Check In 
• 7:50 AM Final Event Instructions 
• 8 AM Swim Starts
• 10:15 AM Sprint Awards Ceremony (estimated) 
• 11:00 AM Olympic Awards Ceremony (estimated) 

On October 2, 2022 we will return to Litchfield, Illinois to host Border Wars Half Distance Triathlon & Aquabike. This is end of the season triathlon will allow you to go fast enjoying the perfect fall racing weather. The Triathlou swim, bike, and run are all great previews of the half distance routes. We would love to have you back out to race in October, or even to volunteer!
