_The 2022 South Padre Island Triathlon:
The South Padre Island Triathlon is a wonderful course at a great venue for the seasoned veteran or the first timer. With offer both Olympic and Sprint distance courses, there’s bound to be something for everyone!
After a terrific open water swim, the athletes will head into the transition, graciously hosted by Parrot Eyes and head north for the bike course up the South Padre Island strip. Olympic participants will do two bike loops!
After the scenic bike course, participants will complete a run course a loop (Olympic will be two loops) that includes Gulf Blvd and Laguna Blvd and back to Parrot Eyes. The transition area location is located in the Parrot Eyes parking lot and is spectator-friendly.
