_ The 2022 Nanticoke Headwaters 4-Hour Adventure Race:
Come join us for a great adventure racing experience in beautiful Trap Pond State Park in Laurel, DE! Enjoy scenic views, wildlife, and even some rare trees as you paddle, bike, and trek deep into the park. This is an excellent race for first-time and beginner adventure racers, as the gear requirements are minimal, and the navigation/maps will be beginner friendly. For our veteran racers, you too will enjoy the race as there will still be plenty of route choices and checkpoints as well as some great scenery! Come out and push your limits and claim the title of the fastest!
