Transition Area:
There will be a marked transition area with enough slots for each participant.
No bike storage the night before the race.
Participants only in the transition area.
Transition opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 7:15 a.m.
Only the race participant will be allowed to remove his/her bike from the transition area.
Your bike can only be racked in front of your assigned bib number.

1/4 Mile Swim:
​The swim is a 1/4 Mile lagoon swim
Be prepared to be at the swim start no later than 7:35 a.m.
4 swimmers will start every ten seconds.
There will be a rinse station as you exit the beach area.
Wetsuits will be permitted in the event that the lagoon is 74 degrees or less.

9 Mile Bike: 
NO DRAFTING!
It is important that slower cyclists stay to the right.
Hard shell helmets must be worn.
Helmets must be fastened before leaving the transition area.
No headphones, earphones or any radio-type devices will be allowed!
Bike course and distance subject to change as there is construction in the area

5K Run:
You must display your race number on the front of your body as you cross the finish line.
Aid stations will be located at the beginning of the run, 1.5 mile mark and finish line.
No headphones, earphones or any radio-type devices will be allowed.
There are plenty of volunteers along the 3.1 mile run course but it is ultimately your responsibility to know the course.
