Join us for the Ethan A. Rhodig Memorial Triathlon at Flanagan Lake Recreation Area in NW Omaha!
The Bike Course is on the roads around and near the Recreation area. The Swim and Run course are within the recreation area footprint. There is no event parking in the park. Parking is available in the adjacent neighborhood and as recommended in the Athlete Guide. This race is open to ages 15 and above for men and women.
Race Options include Individual Sprint and Olympic and Olympic Relay Team.
All participants receive a finisher medal!
PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A HAT, TOWEL, AND RACE SHIRT TOO! They are really great!
Age Group awards for Top 3 in each age group.
Overall Top 3 Awards for Men and Women
Awards for Top 2 or 3 relay teams depending on the final number of relay teams registered.
