Ironman 70.3 National Harbor is a participant and spectator friendly course and tremendous all-in-one race venue.
The day begins with a single loop clockwise swim in the Potomac River, a single loop rolling-hill bike course through beautiful Maryland followed by a single loop run course along the cool refreshing and shaded Henson Creek trail. The high energy finish line is in downtown National Harbor in front of the famous Awakening statue adjacent to the River. The Expo, packet pickup, transition area, swim start and finish line are all within easy walking distance of each other.
