_ The 2022 New York Duathlon Series - Race #2:
Welcome to the perfect kick off to the 2022 season. These fast, friendly races are perfect sharpeners to test your fitness and get your blood pumping for the summer months ahead.
Please note that if anything changes registered participants will be kept advised of all updates. If we are forced to cancel for covid reasons we would automatically defer all individuals to the 2023 or another race that is held this year. You will never lose anything by registering early and will save $$.
If upon registering you do not receive a confirmation email your email provider is blocking these emails. Please ensure that you can receive our emails as this is how we communicate with our registrants on a regular basis.
Athlete Guide (2021 for reference only)
Held in the Town of Randolph, NY, 2 miles from I-86. May 7 & May 21. Race one or both. Individuals or relay teams of 2.
NEW IN 2022 - E-Bike category! You MUST answer the Yes/NO question during registration if you will be using an E-Bike or not.
2 mile run, 10 mile bike and 2 mile run.
Paratriathletes are welcomed!
RATES:
SINGLE RACE:
$50 individuals, $80 relay teams - now through April 9
$60 individuals, $90 relay teams - April 10 - May 14
$70 individuals, $100 relay teams - May 15 - May 20
BOTH RACES OF THE SERIES:
$90 individuals, $150 relay teams - now through March 31
$110 individuals, $170 relay teams - April 1 - April 30
$130 individuals, $190 relay teams - May 1 - May 6
No race day registration.
This race is NOT a USAT sanctioned event so there will be no additional fees. A portion of your registration fee will be donated to the Randolph Community Cupboard.
RUN COURSE:
Flat and fast, with one little bump along the paved road that leaves out of the park for one mile and back the same way to transition or the Finish Line.
Same course is used for both runs.
BIKE COURSE:
It’s moderately hilly, really fun and a great challenge for every level rider.
The 10 mile course is all right hand turns.
Out of transition right out of the park onto Weeden Road.
Right turn onto Route 394
Right turn onto Price Corners
Right turn just past the under-pass onto Coldspring Road
Right turn onto Route 394
Right turn onto Weeden Road
