Continuing the Springfield Triathlon tradition the 11th annual event will once again be held at the beautiful Lake Springfield Beach House.
Swim will be a wave start in a counterclockwise, triangular direction with plenty of safety staff along all sections of the course.
Bike is an out and back ride to Lake Sangchris on rolling hills and fast.
Run will be up and over the restored Lindsay Bridge and on West Lake Drive which will be closed except for local traffic. Expect plenty of volunteer and public support along this shaded route.

Unique custom designed metal awards presented by Mr. Lincoln himself. Lunch for all racers.
Scheel's water bottles for all racers and once again Pease's dark chocolate for recovery.
