_ The 2022 Goleta Beach Triathlon, Aquabike, Duathlon:
Simply the best triathlon venue on the California Coast!
Calm water swim in a protected cove, bike along a dedicated bike path, and run on the recreational bike path.
• Medals will be issued to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in all age groups (5 year increments) for all Age Group Events.
• All Finishers will receive a commemorative Finisher’s Medal.
• Overall placement awards will be issued to the top 3 overall men and women.
• All participants will receive a Goleta Beach Triathlon T-shirt.
• Relay Teams allowed for Long Course Triathlon only.
Course Information:
• Swim is located in the protective cove between UCSB and the Goleta Beach Pier... totally flat water swim.
• Bike is located on the dedicated bike paths between Santa Barbara and UCSB, only one small hill to climb which takes about one minute.
• Run is a multi-loop course along the beach, around the lagoon, and up to UCSB and back.
This is a perfect venue for your friends and family to come to watch you race, or to volunteer!

Goleta Beach Park is located approximately 1 mile north of Santa Barbara, near UCSB campus.
