- Race size: About 100 in the 8K
- Start: 8K run & race walk at 7:30 AM
- Awards: Patriotic awards for top 3 in 10-year age groups (men and women), plus racewalkers
- Post-race: Refreshments to keep you warm

- July 4 at Centennial Park in Vienna VA -- Go Fourth 8K
- November 20 at East Potomac Park -- Cranberry Crawl 5K and 10K
- December 18 at East Potomac Park (tentative) -- Christmas Caper 5K and 10K
- Members may sign up for all 5 races for the price of 4 ($20 total)
- Non-members may sign up for all 5 races for the price of 4 ($40 total)
