Swim 750 in Woodcock Lake Mountain bike 11 miles on a 2 loop 5.5 mile course Run 3.1 mile run on 3 loop course.
Course Information:
Due to recent PennDOT rule changes we are moving the course entirely within Woodcock Park. Our hopes are that this event will continue along with the traditional Dam Tri and become a weekend event.
Other Info:
The bike is off-road you will need a mountain bike for this. Course is beginner to intermediate friendly with a mix of dirt, grass, gravel, pavement, and stone chip. Run will be on a spectator friendly 3 loop run course.
