Course Information:
The swim is in a fresh water lake, the bike and run will be contested on roads though scenic farmland, the course is flat and fast.
Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run
Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run
AquaBike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 21.5 mile Bike
NO DRAFTING!!!
Helmet required to be worn properly before exiting transition
No riding in transition
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
Split results will be available on website
No confirmation will be sent
