A single loop swim in pristine Lake Arrowhead gets athletes ready for the 41km bike on paved roads through the woods and farms of the Shenandoah Valley. The 10K is a 2x out and back with rolling hills and all on the roads of Page County. |

Now in its 7th year, the Luray International Triathlon is set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near the beautiful town of Luray. |

Course Information:
Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 41K, Run 10K:
- Single loop 1.5K swim in Lake Arrowhead.
- 41K bike on scenic, yet challenging paved roads.
- Out and back 10K on rolling hills on paved roads of Page County.
