_ The 2021 Stissing Triathlon:

The Stissing Sprint Triathlon is a beautiful race course that encompasses a small town, rolling hills and Stissing Lake in Dutchess County. It is a family friendly, welcoming event, which is great for both beginners and competitive triathletes.

1/2 mile swim, 16.5 mile hilly bike, 3.3 mile run around the lake.

This is a USAT sanctioned event, all rules and regulations apply. There is no refund for this event nor do we allow bib transfers.  If necessary please contact us before race day and we may allow you to defer your registration to 2021 or to another Wilson Endurance Sports event.  Race will be held rain or shine. All athletes must produce a valid USAT Annual Membership on race day along with photo ID or purchase a one-day license for $15

There will be race day registration available for $10 more than the final listed race fee.

Award ceremony following race along with BBQ, music and fun.

Exit T1 and turn LEFT onto Beach Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto Lake Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 199 East
Make immediate LEFT onto Bowman Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto Ryan Rd.
Turn LEFT onto N. Main St. (no sign)
Make immediate/sharp LEFT onto Silvernails Rd. (Hoffman Rd. goes RIGHT)
At TRIANGLE stay RIGHT onto County Route 7 
Turn RIGHT onto Gallatinville Rd.
At TRIANGLE stay LEFT onto Sigler Rd.
Sigler Rd. becomes Hall Hill Rd.
Turn HARD LEFT onto Dam Rd. (Hoffman Rd. goes RIGHT)
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 82
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 199
Turn LEFT onto Poplar Ave.
Turn RIGHT onto Stissing Ave.
At Beach Rd. (LEFT) and Lake Shore Dr. (RIGHT) GO STRAIGHT!!!
Turn LEFT onto Beach Rd. and enter T2
